Effectus delivers compression molding, light manufacturing, and assembly services from our Juárez, Mexico facility. Built on daily, hands-on operation of these processes across our U.S. and Mexico sites, we give you experienced execution, not a contract shop starting from scratch.
We currently manufacture and distribute dumpster lids for 2-8 cubic yard commercial dumpsters.

Compression Molding — Toll & Custom Production
We make thick, heavy-duty plastic parts that hold up outdoors and take a beating. They're built to last, not to look pretty, so they suit industrial and commercial jobs where strength and cost matter more than finish. Our presses handle small and medium parts. We run recycled polyethylene and polypropylene, plus some tougher engineering plastics. Send us your material, or use one of our own blends. Not sure your material will work with our equipment? Just ask. We'll work with your engineering and purchasing people to pin down specs, quality standards, and a schedule that fits your volume and deadline.
Light Manufacturing & Assembly
Everything happens in one building: assembly and sub-assembly, inspection, sorting, kitting, labeling, shrink wrap, bagging, heat sealing, blister and clamshell packaging, breaking bulk down into retail packs, inserting literature, building pallets, and prepping shipments. We also handle contract packaging and co-packing for brands and distributors who need a reliable partner in Mexico. Why send this work to us? You stop paying fixed overhead in the U.S. and start paying by volume instead. You cut out the handoffs between three or four vendors and the shipping time between them. And labor costs less here.
Nearshore Manufacturing in Juárez, Mexico
We're in Juárez, right on the border. That means lower production costs, duty advantages under USMCA, and freight that crosses into the U.S. the same day. For programs that qualify, we can also work under IMMEX. It lets you bring raw materials and components into Mexico duty-free as long as the finished goods go back out. On higher volumes, that's real money. You get the upside of nearshoring — shorter lead times, a supply chain you can actually see, and a plant you can drive to — without setting up and running your own operation in Mexico. We handle it end to end.
Dumpster Lids and Plastic Lumber
Dumpster lids. We make lids for commercial containers from 2 to 8 cubic yards, front-load and rear-load. Common front-load sizes are 36x48, 36x55, and 36x58. Every lid is compression molded from recycled plastic we process ourselves and built to sit outside for years. Waste companies across Texas and New Mexico buy from us, and we ship anywhere in the country.
Plastic lumber. Boards in a range of sizes and shapes, including round fence posts and commercial fence boards. It won't rot, splinter, or soak up water. Humidity, salt air, heat, and termites don't touch it, which makes it a good choice for docks and other marine work. Cut it, drill it, and screw it with the same tools you'd use on wood.
